We are looking for someone who wants to gain experience in the commercial construction industry. We self-perform several trades, and specialize in commercial construction projects mostly within Snohomish County. Currently we have a jobs in Arlington, and Marysville, and Sultan. Our wages are competitive, and we currently offer Medical, 401k, and competitive pay. Applicants must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation. No exceptions. Basic hand tools, and no restrictions to a 40 hour work week, please. Basic job description: *Pre engineered Steel Erection (no welding required). Bolt up connections. Must be comfortable with heights. *Metal roof replacement/repairs on commercial warehouses. (typically a 1:12 roof pitch). * Forming/setup and tying rebar for slab on grade. Typical size slabs are 500sf-3000sf. *Site work: Backfilling, compacting, setting grade. Light utility work. Drainage. *Concrete: Setup and teardown. 2 truckload pours typical, mostly pour back work. *General Labor: Demo and cleanup, doweling rebar, compacting.
