Full-Time Apartment Maintenance Position Available! DARCO, Inc. is a family-owned property management company in Seattle. We manage nine properties on Capitol Hill, Queen Anne, and the University District. We are seeking a full-time, motivated, positive, reliable, and punctual maintenance person. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Must have the following skills: -Basic skills to perform garbage dump runs -Perform and complete work orders in tenants’ units -Painting: interior & exterior -Some sheet rock work, repair and finishing -Some plumbing, hot water tank install and removal, snake drains, shut offs on tub drains and toilet install -Some appliance install, removal and repair -Must be able to lift 70 lbs You must be able to multi-task and relate well with tenants, vendors, and staff.
