The job responsibilities of the Lead Restoration Technician include working and leading a production team performing mitigation and restoration tasks, removing water, setting up containments, calculating equipment set-up requirements to dry out flooded homes and commercial buildings. Also, working on properties that have fire damage requiring removal of contaminated or damaged contents and cleaning the structure and fixtures of smoke and soot. Requirements: *The applicant should have experience working in the restoration industry *have a general knowledge of construction materials and practices. *Have an IICRC certification in at least the WRT classification *The applicant will be subject to a background investigation to verify a clean driving and criminal record. *Drug testing will be performed upon acceptance of a job offer.
