Private Client Logistics provides White Glove Moving, Storage, and VIP Installation services. In this role, you will be responsible for the assembly of furniture, home items, and a variety of valuables. We work with high-end premier designers, and we go the extra mile with our elite premier services. We are seeking an individual who can move and inspect possessions safely and efficiently while paying extreme attention to detail. Responsibilities • Prepare and complete pick lists for delivery or pickup according to schedule. • Physical loading, unloading and/or sorting of packages of varying sizes and weights by hand, including lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, labeling scanning, placing packages, and storing products, as well as physical bending, twisting, kneeling etc. in a safe and efficient manner. • Receive and process high end products. • Must maintain strict attention to order accuracy with respect to loading outgoing trucks and unloading incoming trucks. • Move full pallets of products from the warehouse onto a trailer and remove any returned pallets. • Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits. • Maintain a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization. • Receive incoming goods, check for damage and for discrepancies between goods and invoices, report discrepancies. • Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations. • Working with racking systems and loading/unloading pallets (e.g., pulling and placing pallets on/off vertical product racking systems and trucks, maximizing storage by stacking products vertically, etc.) • Follow all company standard operating procedures as it relates to Safety, Quality, and Operations. Minimum Job Requirements: • At least 18 years of age and legally able to work in the United States. • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED). • 1 to 3 years related experience and/or training; equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. • General computer knowledge. • Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and method. • Good organizational and time management skills. • Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance. Flexible work hours. Physical Demands: • Required to climb and stand on ladders, sometimes for extended periods of time. • Required to work with tools while reaching above your head for extended periods of time. • Must be able to meet the required physical demands listed below, including but not limited to, lifting, and moving up to 50-200 pounds on a regular basis with the help of a lifting partner or a dolly. • Requires constant standing, walking, bending, twisting, squatting reaching and grasping as product is moved.
