FT/PT Status: Full Time Shift: Night (Sun-Thu 9 PM-7 AM) Hourly Rate: DOE United Salad Co. is one of the area’s largest family-owned distributors of fresh produce, grocery and foodservice products across the Pacific Northwest region. PTO accruals begin on the first day! 401(k) Retirement Plan Bonus Structure: $1,000 Referral bonus $1,000 New hire bonus Responsibilities: · Supervise and coach company day-to-day KPIs and performance of team members, while enforcing all of United Salad’s best practices, and safety procedures, and ensuring employees are reaching our company goal of 100 cases per hour with an error rate of 1.5 or less. · Promote a culture of safety awareness. · Instill a sense of urgency with team members. · Lead by example; provide clear direction and enforcement of our policies. · Prepare and work off detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, stock rotation, and daily adjustments as directed by the inventory manager. · Perform daily analysis to predict potential inventory problems. · Inspect outbound shipments to ensure accuracy, quality, and completeness. · Ensuring proper recording of warehouse temperature controls and storage trailers. · Ensure timely reporting and documentation for work-related injuries and near misses. · Other duties as assigned. Job Qualifications: · Must have 2-3 years of prior supervisory/Inventory experience. · Strong verbal communication skills. · Strong organizational and time management skills. · Able to hold team members accountable for their responsibilities. · Computer proficiency. · Deadline-oriented. · Equipment maintenance. · Analyzing and reporting. · Ability to work in extreme temperatures (coolers, freezers).
