HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE: ✓Conduct business in accordance with company policies, Fair Housing laws, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair ✓Credit Reporting Act and all other laws pertaining to multifamily housing. ✓Inspect the community on a regular basis and report any needs to the Service Director. ✓Participate in all community maintenance duties, including; preventative maintenance, service request completion, and grounds keeping. ✓Handle emergencies that arise with appropriate communication and reporting follow up. SKILLS REQUIRED: ◆Experience using equipment, supplies, and materials used in the maintenance field. ◆Excellent customer service and passion for helping people. ◆Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 90 pounds. ◆Attention to safety and ability to comply with all MSDA Sheets. ◆Good communication and attention to detail.
