Poodle needs rehome

I'm looking for the best home for my 14 mo old standard poodle female. Prefer you have a fenced backyard for her to play. No breeders! She is a loving girl who gets along well with my other much smaller dog. She learns quickly and knows her basic commands. She is house-trained and goes into her kennel easily. I only kennel her when I go out for errands. She sleeps on my bed at night. I will keep her if I can't find her a better home than where I'm moving, but I have to move to help with my grandkids. They're very little and there would be zero tolerance in that household if she were to bump one. I'm trying to save her the trouble of dealing with that situation. She's pretty tall and has been 55 lb at her last 2 vet visits. She's fully vaccinated and is 100% poodle on her Embark genetic testing with no health issues. She's never had a sick day and has lived a stress-free life in a quiet home with just me and one other dog.
