Seeking a general laborer to assist me with projects at my home on an as needed basis. There is a lot of work including; yard work, fence power washing, porch and drywall demo, crawl space foundation repair*, painting, cabinet repair, floor tiling, drywall replacement and repair, and door and trim work. I need someone that can commit to at least 4 hours a day 2 or 3 days per week for about a month. If you are available, we can often get in a full 8 hour day. This is essentially a house restoration project. The length of the job is based on the length of time it takes to complete the job.
*Foundation work is a tight space. You need to be comfortable working under a house, with very little clearance. The jacks for leveling the house are mostly in place, but we will be adjusting them over the course of a few weeks. If you are not comfortable with this, please do not respond.
Daily rate for an 8 hour day is $140 cash. Hourly rate is $15 per hour (if working a less than 8 hour day).
An interview will be required. I work hard and need someone with a similar work ethic.
