The previous tenant of this rental property was stealing electricity from the power company. Duke power requires a permit to be pulled (possibly for reseting the meter box) and it be inspected before reconnecting the power. No damage we know of. We are looking for an electrician to check for damage and if there is no damage pull the permit to allow the power to come back on.
