Job description Purely Pools Pool Service Route Manager Overview - $40,000 annual pay - Previous Pool experience, repairs & route management experience REQUIRED - Monday - Friday (no weekend work), outdoor, yea-round work - Prior Pool cleaning experience, prior route management experience - Ability to train and manage new employees - Ability to handle filter cleans, plumbing repairs, and other miscellaneous repairs - Managing warehouse & shop inventory, replacing parts & equipment for employees - Management of truck maintenance - Looking for individuals who are organized, reliable & self-motivated - Able to maintain up to 50 pools per week (8-12 pools/day), when necessary - Customer service oriented - Use of technology and smart phone apps to track and manage jobs Qualifications · Valid Texas driver's license · Clean driving record - driving records & backgrounds will be run through the insurance company · Ability to pass a background check · Smart phone · Ability to commute to COMPANY ADDRESS and arrive at 8am · Ability to lift 50 pounds Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000 per year
