Now accepting new students! Materials: All materials, supplies, and tools are provided for.  Learn to make an oil painting from concept and composition, to stretching the canvas, to applying the paint, to the final varnish. We can even build a final frame from scratch if this is something you're interested in learning. We'll also discuss your interests in art, and what directions your creativity might take.  After a few sessions, you'll walk away with a high quality final painting and a clearer picture of what drives your art. Bring a friend! Second student is $80 per 2 hour class. - Open Schedule: We'll need 4-5 total sessions to finish a final painting, which can be booked at your convenience. There is no commitment after your first class. - Pricing:  $90 per hour class (for lessons, high quality materials, and the final painting(s).  $80 per hour class for second student. Payment may be made during the lesson. The class is held in a well known gallery on Flatbush Avenue, the back of which is a working artist studio. This is where the classes are held.
