Available Shifts: - 1st shift: Monday - Thursday, 3:00 AM - 1:30 PM; $17.10/hr - 1st shift: Monday - Thursday, 5:15 AM - 3:45 PM; $17.10/hr - 1st shift: Monday - Thursday, 5:30 AM - 2:30 PM; $17.10/hr - 1st shift PT: Monday - Thursday, 7:30 AM - 2:30 PM; $17.10/hr - 2nd shift: Monday - Thursday, 1:30 PM - 12:00 AM; $17.85/hr - 2nd shift: Monday - Thursday, 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM; $17.85/hr - 2nd shift PT: Monday - Thursday, 7:30 PM - 2:30 AM; $17.85/hr Overtime opportunities on Fridays and/or Saturdays **No background checks** Individuals in Service have a direct role in the chocolate production process from beginning to end. Service responsible for ensuring each piece of candy that comes out of our facility is "Only the Finest" quality that our customer have grown to expect. The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:   - Works with product. Inspects, receives, delivers, secures, and maintains product (raw or finished) per Russell Stover Chocolates guidelines  - Inspects finished candy as it exits cooling tunnels; transfers candy from conveyor belt to trays and places trays in steels  - Monitors candy weight, seals and secures boxes, transfers to pallet  - Maintains records, delivers, inspects and performs all activities required of other members of the area, line or team  - Performs clean-up activities as assigned  - Conforms to rules  - May be assigned other duties by plant management as required Successful candidates will: - have previous experience as a warehouse worker or in a similar role - be able to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift - be able to stand and walk for the scheduled shift - be willing to submit to a drug screen Skills: - Ability to work in a team or own your own - Familiarity with computers and ability to learn inventory software, databases, and systems - Good organizational and time management skills We're excited to talk to you more about this opportunity - apply today!
