3Helper needed

I have a small business that does property preservation. I need a helper that can come to work and do things like remove debri(trash, furniture etc) from homes to be loaded on trailers and taken to the dump.. I also do some landscaping work, handyman fixes, lite painting, lock changes etc.. I'm looking for a few guys that will come to work and get the job done! I have done so much alone that my lower back gives me a lot of trouble.. The pay is $100 for the day to start buy I will increase you the very first day if you show that you are worth it. I will pay a nice bonus to a guy who will come knock it out! If you can't handle working in the sun and you are the type to fall apart when the work gets tough then please don't waste either of our time.. Not being rude, just honest. I have work in Oxford, Heflin and surrounding areas that need to be taken care of first but I also have work in places like Talladega etc. If you have your own TRUCK AND TRAILER (trailer no smaller that 6x12 for debri) and you can handle doing some debri removals on your own I can pay you well.. This would require you hauling away the debri at your cost.. Pays well.. The work will be done thru an app your phone where you take pics to show before/during/after of the work being completed. I also have more work to include grass cuts, small fix-it jobs, lock changes, trimming tree limbs touching roofs, shrub trimming etc!! The sky is the limit! If you are familiar with property preservation that's a huge plus!
