Park Place on Peachtree Condominiums currently has an available full-time janitorial position. The position is 40 hours per week, with a set schedule of Sunday to Thursday, daytime hours. If you are not available to work a Sunday to Thursday set schedule, do not apply.

Candidates must be experienced with janitorial work in an active residential environment. The property has 40 residential floors and a three-level parking garage. The position requires lifting, maneuvering equipment/trash containers, vacuuming, cleaning windows, picking up trash, assisting with meeting room set up, and additional janitorial duties. Most job duties occur in the garage levels, lobby area, and the property grounds.
Being customer service-oriented is important as the position requires daily interaction with homeowners and team members.
