Project Renovation Helper Needed

Bane's Impression, an established construction company in Roswell, needs an immediate hire for a motivated Construction Helper with at least 3 years experience. Responsibilities: • Overseeing real estate renovations for a minimum of 5 projects at a time • Daily site supervision to drive to each job site with mileage reimbursement • Moving project along timeline and budget • Taking photos of project progress and contractor's completed work • Delegate and oversee contractors, required W9 and Invoicing • Make material purchases using PO and submitting all receipts • Handling minor construction tasks • Completing construction renovations to get the job done • Reporting to Owner & Office Manager to work as a team • Using company trailer as needed for projects • Computer/Phone/App savvy to respond to emails, project board, mileage tracking, etc. Requirements: • Current and valid driver's license, auto insurance, and able to work in the US • Have some tools preferred but not required • Have a vehicle, able to commute to and from job sites and office • Excellent customer service skills to communicate with contractors and clients • Bilingual preferred but not required • Framing build out and repair experience preferred but not required • Drywall work, repairs, and caulking experience preferred but not required • Painting, both inside and out experience preferred but not required • Kitchen/Bathroom improvements/remodeling experience preferred but not required • Minor plumbing (Faucets/Toilets) experience preferred but not required • Minor electrical (Light Fixtures/Switches/Outlets) experience preferred but not required • Floor removal, installation, and refurbishing (Tiles/LVP/Carpet) experience preferred but not required • Familiar with Building codes preferred but not required • Must be trainable and teachable to allow up to one month of training • Able to work a minimum of 40 hours a week Best to email your work experience to [email protected] then we will set up a date and time for an interview.
