This is Rune, she’s a 7 month old red/white border collie. I got her from a breeder a little over a month ago. Her parents are ABCA registered and she has an available ABCA registration/pedigree that I am still waiting to receive from her breeder. She’s been genetically tested and is clear. I think she’d do great in sports, especially agility and disc. She has lots of disc drive and we’ve already started some foundations in agility. She has a medium energy level, with a perfect balance between high and medium drive. Also a wonderful off switch. Rune has so much potential, she’s super intelligent and easy to train. Very sweet and easygoing overall. I was told she was raised in a family home and socialized daily, but it’s clear she lacks a lot of socialization.. to be fair, she is at that “fear period” age and I know that with time she’ll overcome it. She’s usually nervous at first, but once she knows you’re “her” person she doesn’t want to leave your side. She’s dog selective but I think it’s very much possible to work through with enough patience and understanding especially considering she’s still young. She adores my other border, but isn’t a fan of my other dogs. Feel free to reach out for more info or if you’d like to come meet her!
