I am looking for a brick-and-mortar business to buy in the southern half of Grand Rapids (Grandville, Wyoming, Kentwood, Southern half of the city of Grand Rapids, Byron Center, Caledonia etc.). I'm looking for a business owner who wants to retire and has no one to take over the business, or someone who just wants to sell to do something different. The business must generate at least $75,000 after tax net income.
