Twenty-five-year company, which has never had a lay-off of any kind for any reason, needs a person(s) to help us get empty units ready to rent, and to do regular apartment/house maintenance and various odd-jobs. Person must be ready to do all types of work involved in this process. e.g., painting, drywall repair, light electrical and plumbing, cabinet installation, flooring, etc. We are starting qualified people, who are looking for F/T, or P/T employment at $21. to $23. per hour with raises for those that have the skills and dependability we need. This is steady work for a steady responsible person. Must have good transportation and all the necessary tools. If you want an answer to your inquiry, you MUST do the following: 1.
