Demo foreman needed

We are doing some demo at Longmont United Hospital and need a foreman to run the job. This job will be phased out in 4 phases starting June 1st. Each phase will be about 5-8 days of labor and then we will have about 5 weeks between each phase. I have a solid budget for someone to come in and make great money for each week of work they run. I will need to be paying when I am paid by the GC which will be about 30 days after each phase is complete.
