Join us outdoors at America's first County Park - Essex County Branch Brook Park. The Branch Brook Park Alliance, in partnership with Essex County and the Department of Parks, has partnered with Lotus to provide the community with Yoga lessons for free. Sessions will be held :Thursday mornings at 10:00-10:45AM and Saturday from 9:00-9:45 AM. WHERE : Classes will be held near the lions at Prudential Concert Grove in Branch Brook Park. No experience needed. Yoga mats will be provided if you don't have your own.
