Contractor Level I - Hourly rate $19 - Minimum 1 year experience in construction -If you have 0 years of experience, we can still work with you on an entry level/apprentice level basis with a different starting rate -Needs additional training/oversight II. Contractor Level II - Hourly rate $25 - Minimum 3 years experience in construction III. Contractor Level III - Hourly rate $30 - Minimum 5 years experience in construction - Must show pictures of previous work IV. Contractor Crew Lead - Hourly rate $38 - 10 years experience in construction - At least 2 of those years with experience in overseeing a crew - Leadership experience CLEANERS - Hourly rate $15 - Strong attention to detail - Very thorough and completes all required tasks fully
