Leading Apparel Manufacture and Decorator is in need of a Seamstress /Embroiderer. The primary function of this job is embroidering quality logo's on garments sold to our clients. You will be operating on embroidery machines, learning to digitize basic logos, and learning to master hooping techniques. Our main focus is quality, not quick production! The ideal candidate is highly motivated, reliable, and a team player willing to jump in where needed! This is a great working atmosphere within a climate controlled environment, with the opportunity for growth for the right individual! Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm Job Responsibilities: -Set up and operate embroidery machine -Hooping and placement of garment -Trimming of threads on garment -Learning to edit sewing files with specialized software programs -Packaging and processing of all orders when embroidery is complete Requirements: -Experience in operating a multi head Tajima machine or similar is a huge plus -Experience with apparel, apparel decoration and/or sewing -Ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized -Excellent team skills -Basis computer skills required -High attention to detail -Must have a good eye for color -Must be okay with standing for long periods of the day Pay rate: $16.00- $18.00/per hour based on experience.
