Our company is now hiring Skilled Laborers for a Solar Construction Site in Tampa FL. Must live close to Tampa and have reliable transportation. (We will not be offering per-Diem for this job at this time). Experience with general labor and working outside is mandatory. We have professionals on site to help you answer and questions or concerns and help keep everyone working on a timely manner. we are looking for people who will be reliable and doesn't mind working outdoors doing physical labor type work. No solar experience in required but preferred. Job is a rooftop / car port canopy site. Must be comfortable working up on a roof. Requirements: -Looking for someone with experience in pulling commercial wire. Main duties will be to assist in pulling 3/4 wire so must be physically capable. -Experience in construction type skilled laborer. Prefer someone with an electrical background as well but not mandatory. If you have electrical experience we prefer it to be commercial type experience. Solar electrician experience isn't mandatory but a plus. -Must be willing / able to work on a canopy roof and no fear of heights. -Must be reliable and can show up on time everyday. -You must have a reliable vehicle to get to and from work daily and on time ! -Must be able to pass a drug screening prior to hire -Must have steel toe boots- this is mandatory due to heavy equipment on this site for both general labors and Equipment Operators -Hours are typically Mon-Fri 7am-5:30pm, maybe Saturday as well. 40+ hours per week. Anything over 40 hours will be overtime pay. (hours may fluctuate) -Pay starts at $19 - $20/ hr depending on experience and performance.
