Real Property Management Tampa St. Pete manages rental property throughout Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Southern Pasco counties. We are currently looking for a handyman that knows how to do most small home repairs including but not limited to: Painting, minor plumbing, fixtures, tree trimming, soffit repair, facia repair, fence repair/install, yard work, fixture repairs/replacement, caulking, grouting, drain clearing, and all of the normal wear seen in the day to day use of rental property. You Must have a reliable vehicle and basic tools. We pay Mileage for gas and wear and tear in addition to hourly rate. 100% of the job is on the road and at rental properties which are located throughout the Tampa Bay Area.
