Description
Title says it all. Probably a bit of a long shot in this town but I used to be the leader of a 10-piece salsa/Latin jazz band in Washington DC and miss the music.
Looking for any musicians who might be interested, but ideally a BASSIST, KEYBOARDIST, and CONGOLÈRO to form a “core” group and build from there. The drums are my first instrument and I play timbales, but could also play keys if a timbalèro is out there.
Have charts and rehearsal space. Drop me a line If you’re interested (please provide name, age, and number of years on instrument).
