The property management industry is growing and we need you to assist us in getting these homes ready. Job Title: Apartment Maintenance Technician Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm or 8:30am-5:30pm Pay Rate: $16-$19/hr* Job Duties: Will be responsible for make-readies, turns and work orders, electrical, plumbing, HVAC (if certified), carpentry, appliance repair and a variety of maintenance tasks, including cleaning up the grounds, at our communities. Excellent customer service experience required. Successful candidates will work to ensure the highest level of resident satisfaction at all times. REQUIREMENTS: · GREAT communication and teamwork. · Basic hand tools and drill · HVAC repair and preventative maintenance certification is a plus but not required. Great Customer Service is Required! As an Apartment Maintenance Technician you are required to: Appear professional and willing to follow dress code and appearance standards according to the community Have reliable means of transportation Prove your ability to be prompt and on time every day Have basic mechanical aptitude Be able to solve problems and work with minimal supervision, when necessary Keep a high level of service in mind with every task Complete work in a timely, cost-effective and accurate manner Respect the boundaries of confidentiality, fair housing laws, and safety Pass a comprehensive criminal background check Must have access to basic hand tools for maintenance roles (i.e. Drill, pliers and hammer, etc.) If you meet the ABOVE requirements send us your resume via email at [email protected] or give us a call at 904-757-3456.
