The Receiving Associate is responsible for receiving and staging the correct parts and materials from our suppliers within a timely manner for projects with our customers. This role significantly impacts our ability to deliver quality service to our customers.
-Receive and open shipments of parts from suppliers for steam trap repairs and installations
-Document and track parts arrival to ensure accuracy of delivery and inventory
-Pull parts and materials requested for projects
-Accurately and efficiently stage parts for each individual project
-Ship parts to Field Technicians or job sites
-Maintain the overall organization of the warehouse and adhere to strict project timelines and deadlines
