The Carpe Diem Saxophone Quartet (CDSQ) is looking for an Alto Sax player to join us. We meet weekly (schedules permitting) and play an eclectic collection of music from an extensive library. We meet as friends and practice and rehearse seriously so that we can present the best image of the group to our audiences. If you are interested in such a group I can provide access to the first alto book electronically so you can see for yourself the level of music (a hard copy of the book is provided if you join us) we play. We are orchestrated to play AATB and SATB arrangements. Please contact me and let me know a little bit of your background and what you would want out of a group like this. We currently meet at a retirement community (they are gracious to provide a weekly rehearsal space) near the corner of Strickland and Six forks in Raleigh (see map).
