Description
Whitefish based landscape contractor looking for landscape installers and laborers (2-3 employees total). Experience with equipment is preferred but not mandatory. Basic tasks will include prepping patios, maintenance of properties, manual material hauling, setting wall and patio material, planting plants, etc. Work hours are generally 7:30-6:00 and in June-Aug hours may reach 60 hours per week, so lots of overtime. Early and late season work is generally 4 ten hour days per week although OT is usually available. Its a very fast paced but still chill environment. Annual bonus (paid in spring and based on attendance and profitability), assuming targets are met, have ranged in the 5-10% of annual wages range. If you are interested, give us a call.
