I'm trying to help my parents re-home their 2 dogs due to rough times... Both boys, the bigger one (Buddy) has been neutered, the little one (Horton) has not. They are son and father. Asking for a $20 rehoming fee. Must have vet reference and/or references! They have been family for years, please understand i / they will be picky about who they go to as Horton is very tiny.
