The Daiquiri, that most foundational of tropical cocktails, is reimagined by 4 of Boston's top bartenders.
As the Daiquiri is the preeminent rum cocktail, it’s always worth further investigation. While it’s considered a classic drink, the Daiquiri’s ubiquity in cocktail bars today comes with no ironclad, agreed-upon specification. Every bartender has the chance to place onto it a unique stamp. We saw an opportunity to learn the thinking behind these individual approaches, as a way to better understand both the drink’s history and how it is appreciated today.
Accordingly, a crack team of four of Boston's top bartenders has been assembled to offer their interpretations of the drink, showcasing their own creativity, a range of rum bottlings, and the possibilities of flavor combinations.
Please join us on Monday, May 16 for a reception/happy hour from 6pm to 8pm, during which you may choose from a menu of 7 special Daiquiris for the special price of $10 per drink. Admission is free, but an RSVP is required.
