Join us for a sweet evening of Breathwork and tea with Kathleen Currie! The perfect reset as the seasons change~ Breathwork is an amazing way to strengthen and open the lungs and surrounding muscles and connective tissue, as well as release stagnant energy, emotions, and settle the nervous system. Tickets are sliding scale $25-$45. Capacity is limited to 8 people.
