Learn how to tackle food waste by enlisting worms to create your own nutrient rich compost. Participants will learn how to make their own wormery and discover how worms allow us to take organic matter from the garden, kitchen scraps and biodegradable household waste and return their nutrients to the natural system. This can help us to grow our plants, and keep the soil ecosystem healthy and functioning well. There will also be a plant give away with 6 different veggies and herbs to choose from.
