LEVITTOWN, NY — The Nassau County Police Department reported the following incidents in Levittown for the week ending May 5. All charges are merely accusations. Kenneth Deveau, 58, of North Bellmore, was arrested on April 28 and charged with shoplifting from Home Depot on Hempstead Turnpike.Michelle Melisaratos, 45, of Bellmore, was arrested on April 29 and charged with shoplifting from Home Depot on Hempstead Turnpike.Jose G. Luis Rodriguez, 25, of East Meadow, was arrested on April 29 at Dalton Funeral Home on Hempstead Turnpike and charged with DWI.
