The main responsibilities and accountabilities entail the following: Duties/Responsibilities: • Picking, packing, and shipping orders using RF device. • Check customer orders for accuracy and quality. • Maintains a clean and safe work area, disposing of excess materials. • Assist customers on site • Performs other related duties as assigned. • Cycle counting product in the warehouse daily • Assisting in the inspection and storing of product when received • Safe operation for all material handling equipment (electronic pallet jack, order picker, forklift) Required Skills/Abilities: • Basic math skills • Sufficient written communication and reading skills to read and prepare packing slips. • Understanding unit of measure (UOM) when picking orders. • Ability to safely operate all relevant material handling equipment. • Good time management skills with a proven ability to prioritize and multi-task. Education and Experience: • High school diploma or equivalent required. • Minimum of 6 months experience working in a warehouse environment. • Familiarity using material handling equipment (electronic pallet jack, order picker, forklift). • Experience with RF Scanner preferred. Physical Requirements: • Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time. • Fast paced position requiring frequent standing, walking, and bending.
