**Update – The missing person has been located safe and in good health.**
Concord Police and Fire are currently in the area of West Concord looking for a missing elderly male with dementia who walked away from his residence approximately 1 hour ago.
We ask that residents please be on the look out for him. He is a 76 years old, White Male, 6'2″ tall, Green Eyes, Gray Hair and balding. Last seen wearing a Blue Winter Jacket, Blue/White Hat & Jeans.
There will be a large Police Presence in the area and you may also hear/see helicopters that are assisting with the search.
