Join the SoVTYPs for a fun kayaking outing and learn about river conservation, too! We're getting back into some nautical nonsense at the Retreat Meadows. Purchase or reserve a rental with us or BYOB (bring your own boat) and meet everyone on the water. We'll also be joined by Kathy Urffer, River Steward from the Connecticut River Conservancy who will talk about fishes, river flows, hydro dams and anything else you want to know about the Connecticut River. Final notes: SeVEDS underwrites our events so we can keep them accessible, and any proceeds from ticket sales or donations go directly to providing professional development grants to young professionals in the community.
