Immediate Hire! We are an established Parking Lot Maintenance company that has been in Florida for over 25 years. Due to our growth we are in need of a full time employee to perform general exterior cleaning at one of our accounts in Pembroke Pines. Duties include but not limited to: Pick up and discard all trash, including sidewalk, entrance/exit, general parking areas Dispose of collected trash in on-site dumpster Empty trash containers, replace liners, clean cob webs, wipe down cans as needed Clean around dumpster enclosures Report if there is any bulk trash around the property Must have reliable transportation and Bi-lingual is a plus.
