Kids, chakras and crystals, let the magic begin! Recommended for ages 8 - 14 Let's explore energy through learning about our chakra system, using meditation, breathwork and mindfulness. We will incorporate the use of crystals and how to use them in your daily life. Energy is an important concept to have an understanding of in this ever-hectic world. I look forward to guiding children by teaching the many different tools to carry in their toolbox of life. We will start by sharing a short meditation book for kids to help us settle in. Then we will transition into a fun chakra quiz, to help them learn their strongest chakra, before diving into our packet where we will explore these energy centers deeper. After we finish our packet, kids will have a chance to do a brief journal entry, where they will come up with an I AM mantra and list things they are grateful for. It is so important to have an attitude of gratitude each day. I will also guide the children through a breathwork technique, as well as teach them the 5 senses grounding technique. We will finish up with an opportunity to explore and touch the many crystals I will have on hand, to see which ones resonate with their personal energetic system! This will be a fun and interactive workshop that kids are sure to enjoy as well as learn from! Feel free to reach out to me with any questions. Who Am I? My name is Kristen Stefiuk and I am an energy practitioner and mother of two kids 11 and 14. Over the course of my healing journey, I have harnessed many tools that I carry with me each day, as I navigate what life presents me. These include an understanding of our energy centers known as chakras, a passion for the healing power of crystals, and a love for meditation and mindfulness. I have a bachelor's degree in Childhood Studies and spent over 20 years as a professional nanny in and around Boston. Kids are what I am passionate about, and I feel they need these tools more in 2022 than ever before. I look forward to guiding your children towards a more balanced and calm sense of well-being. Students will receive a pouch of crystals, a journal and a pen to go home with. They will also be given an educational packet to keep and continue to learn from. Most importantly they will go home with tools that they can use for the rest of their life! Self-healing is powerful, when we are given the proper information and tools to carry with us on our journey.
