Manufacturing CNC Operator Pettit Staffing is currently seeking CNC operators for a temporary to hire opportunity in the Salem area. Swing shifts. HOW TO APPLY: Please email resume to this posting. Experience with either: Mazak, Vertical Mill or lathes. Position Details: Shift: Swing Shifts Starting wages: $25.00/hr - $27.00/hr++ (DOE) This position may require a background check and drug test. Education Requirements and Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred -Must be at least 18 years of age At least 3 yrs of machining experience with: -Manual and CNC lathe -Live Tooling -CNC, VTL, and VTM Job Duties: -Ability to use inspection equipment (micrometers, calipers) -Strong math skills -Ability to read blueprints -Basic computer skills -Ability to lift up to 35 pounds on a consistent basis, wear safety shoes, and stand for 4+ hours -Must be a motivated self-starter and be able to work independently Experience with the following is a plus: -Programming with Advanced One-touch IGF -Okuma -Mazatrol -SolidWorks and Fushion360 -High Speed Machining HOW TO APPLY: Please email resume to this posting.
