PLEASE READ THE DETAILS OF THIS EVENT CAREFULLY. EACH FIELD TRIP HAS UNIQUE GUIDELINES FOR AGES, NUMBER OF CHAPERONES, ETC. NO REFUNDS! This event is for Heartand families. Come use your Student Planning Amounts and take home some Discounted Curriculum for the new school year! If there is any curriculum you'd like to see there please email [email protected]. This is a "Student Planning Amount" ONLY event. No out of pocket payment will be received. Heartland field trips are designed for families to attend together. Students need to be accompanied by an adult chaperone. If your student will be attending with another family, please indicate this when you register your student and let the field trip host know once you complete your registration. Any student that is registered without a chaperone will have their reservation canceled unless the family reaches out to the field trip lead and lets them know which registered chaperone will be responsible for their student. **To ensure the health and safety of all attendees, please do not attend a field trip if you, your student(s), or anyone in your household is ill or showing possible signs of illness.**Can I pay using my funds? This event is FREE! Does this trip have any height, weight, and/or age restrictions? All ages are welcome. Is there on-site parking available? Yes, park near the covered patio area. Can we pack snacks or lunch for this event or field trip? Families are welcome to bring their own snacks and waters.
