bunny in need of new home

Rehoming my 1 year old holland lop bunny. He is shy but playful. He will need some adjustment time in a new home. I don't have any children so I am not sure how he will do with young ones but older children are probably fine. I am rehoming him because I live in a small one bedroom apartment and its just not enough one for him to play and live well. He is not fixed yet so he will need to be fixed before he can be fully litter-trained. He is an indoor bunny and shouldn't be left outside alone. He hasn't been outside with me. He is a male obviously. He is one year old and white with brown spotting. He is very shy at first but will get to know you and be very affectionate and loving. He will come with any hay that he has left a crate that I use for his home, a gate, and a few other odds and ends, food, etc. He has had a recent (a few months ago) check up but it wouldn't hurt to get another. Rehoming fee is 75.00 firm. you must pick up I don't drive so I can't meet you anywhere.
