BOWIE, MD — The Bowie Police Department and Prince Georges County Office of Human Rightswill host a virtual discussion about human trafficking Tuesday. They'll address how human trafficking is now the second-highest-grossing criminal enterprise and the average age of a person targeted for commercial sexual exploitation is between 12 and 14 years old. This session also will help residents identify the signs of human trafficking and learn what to do when they suspect someone is in trouble.
