8097 Sudley Rd Manassas VA 20109 Shift Supervisor Full-Time Positions (Day & Evening) Available As a Shift Supervisor you will provide basic oversight of Team Members and restaurant operations during a specific shift. Shift Supervisors follow company’s procedures, greets guests, take food orders, prepares food, performs table visits, and other duties as necessary to ensure a smoothly manage shift while maintaining a sincere, caring, and personable image for the guest and team. What you will do: Responsible for opening or closing restaurant during the designated hours of operation Understand our Guest-Obsessed culture and do whatever it takes to create a positive and memorable guest experience. Keep staff motivated to work and train all new team members and shift supervisors according to company procedures and guidelines. Maintain company standards of quality, cooking times and presentation of food, service, restaurant cleanliness and sanitation, safety, and staff job satisfaction. Handle guests’ complaints by listening to their concerns and resolving issues PLUS ONE to ensure overall guest satisfaction. Comply with all State and Federal labor laws at all times. REQUIREMENTS Must be able to serve as a listed ABC Manager and must be 21 years of age per VA ABC regulations. 2+ years of experience in a basin shift supervisory role is preferred. Strong customer service skills. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Effective communicator. Great problem-solver. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. Must have or be able to obtain Food Protection Manager Certification within 30 days of hire. Ability to travel 3 weeks for official training.
