Good morning, Here is a small real estate flipper who needs and assistant, who will be responsible with handling small task like making store runs to Home Depot, schedule inspection dates, and also must be able to perform light construction task and do not mind getting there hands dirty. The position will also include cleaning up the job site and keeping things tidy. Construction experience is not needed but helpful. The position also will allow you to gain some flipper experience, which you can take with you and one day perform your own flips. GET PAID TO LEARN A NEW SKILL !!!
