OP/ Hard to tell whether you're offering a rendition of events or simply unaware of Roe vs Wade which has been debated as to it's legality that even Ruth Bader Ginsburg said was poorly written and would eventually face challenges. The current Judges as RGB predicted, apparently are deciding that it is unconstitutional which the Constitution doesn't provide for and fails to meet the standards of a right to privacy originally based on as the leaked Alito opinion lays out, having nothing to do with religious objections whatsoever and only like minded people such as you want to drag the argument into an anti religious cesspool as you always do. This leaked draft only returns the decision of abortion to the states it does not outlaw abortion anywhere. Those in states that severely limit abortion or in a potential rare circumstance outlaw them can go to a neighboring state that allows abortion and I'm sure Democrats will be happy to pay their Uber fares for the round trip. If Roe vs Wade is overturned it won't be the turnout getter Democrats hope for, people are far more worried about inflation and a looming recession than abortion. The argument that's its a woman's body therefore her choice clearly fails to acknowledge a human life is being sacrificed for the woman's wants. A woman choosing abortion is a death sentenced for the innocent unborn no two ways about it and since science has shown us just how early in a pregnancy a child feels pains all the more reason to retune to a human and sane approach. The argument the unborn child isn't entitled to life because the mother thinks so defies logic if a woman child died in the womb because of some else's violence or carelessness they could be charged for murder. Every year nearly 2 million American couples want to adopt a child compared to a little over 600K abortions which means there are far more adopting families ready and willing to take these innocent victims of abortion than letting them be killed. So what you're saying is you're on the side of death for the innocent unborn rather than life. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- There you go again, using logic, facts and rational arguments for your position. If this was facebook or youtube the ministry of misinformation AKA truth would be knocking on your door and explaining to you the error of thy ways. Roe v wade was passed in 1973 by a seven to two nonpartisan vote. What does the current conservatives judges think? They are smarter or have a better understanding of the law? Or do they know they are religious ideologs. Meanwhile the Dem politicians act upset but they know this is mana from heaven for the midterms.
