2022 Ron Herens's Memorial Explorer Summer Camp June 20th-24th 2022 This 2022 Fire Explorer Summer Camp is held at the Cobb County Fire Department Training Center in Marietta Georgia. Students between ages 14-20 years old will learn different aspects of the fire service. Camp begins on Monday June 20th 2022 and will run through Friday June 24th 2022. Each day campers will arrive at 9am and each day ends at 2pm. All participates will receive 2 camp t-shirts and lunch each day. Participates will receive live fire department training from some of the best fire department instructors in the country. This camp is in Honor of Firefighter and Former Explorer Ron Herens. Ron was always engaged in training and learning as an explorer as well as a firefighter. The camp will continue in his honor to share knowledge and training to youth in our community.
