Hello, Ladies and Gentlemen: My name is Patricia and I am training to receive my certification in Microblading. Training is from Phi Academy, one of the biggest international leaders in Microblading. I am seeking models to provide my services and assist me to to complete the last level to receive my certification. Micoblading service normally cost $450 - $800+, but I am offering my services for $100 on a limited time basis until I pass this final level. My company is House of Eyebrows. Originally from Brazil and now living in my new wonderful home country. The procedures takes about 1.5 to 2 hours and can take place Monday-Thursday anytime between 10 AM to 5 PM, and Friday-Sunday 10 AM - 8 PM. My husband and I live in Westphalia Row area of Upper Marlboro, MD with our two children. All appointments must take place in our home -- I have a separate room specifically set-up for this service and the room is safely placed next to the house entrance (no stairs or need to talk through the house). Again, the price you pay is only $100.00 — to cover material expenses and time. (The photos here are from actual previous model clients and my microblading room and set-up.) Failure to make the payment no later than upon arrival for your appointment will cancel your treatment. CashApp, Zelle, GooglePay are accepted and cash is always welcome. To qualify for this service, all below must meet our requirements. Before any treatment can begin, you will be required to complete and sign a waiver that includes the below questions. Failure to complete the waiver will cancel your treatment. - [ ] I am over 18 years old. - [ ] I'm not pregnant or breastfeeding. - [ ] I have no history of herpes infection at the proposed procedure site (eyes, eyebrows, forehead). - [ ] I don't have epilepsy, diabetes, or allergic reaction to latex or antibiotics. - [ ] I don't have heart valve disease, I don't have heart problems, and I do not take drugs that thin my blood. - [ ] I have no history of medication use or current medication use, including prescribing antibiotics prior to dental or surgical procedures. - [ ] I am do not suffer from hemophilia, haven’t suffered from a blot clot in the last six months, or have a bleeding disorder. - [ ] I do not currently have any blood or easily transmissible illness like measles, hepatitis, tuberculosis or HIV (etc). - [ ] I don't have keloids and I'm not prone to keloid scars. - [ ] I have not done or had any previous work on my eyebrows, please submit a photo for approval before booking. - [ ] If you have had any previous eyebrow work, please submit a photo for approval before booking. - [ ] Please bring your vaccination card to your appointment.
