Press release from the Caddo Parish Sheriff's Office: May 5, 2022 Sheriff Steve Prator announced today that applications are being accepted for this summer's Caddo Sheriff's Camp. The free overnight camp for boys ages 8-12 will be held at Kinsey Scout Reservation June 12-15. It is conducted by the Sheriff's Office and the Boy Scouts of America, Norwela Council. Campers participate in outdoor activities such as swimming, archery, and marksmanship, and also work on developing leadership skills. Transportation to and from camp is provided, and funding is made possible through citizen donations. Applications can be obtained from the Boy Scout office by calling 868-2774.
