Press release from the Caddo Parish Sheriff's Office: May 5, 2022 ORIIGINAL RELEASE: The northbound and southbound lanes of Hwy. 169 just north of Blanchard Latex Rd. are closed due to a fallen tree on the powerlines and roadway. The State Highway Department has been notified.Caddo deputies will be diverting traffic to Blanchard Latex Rd. until the road is clear.
